Report item* GET YOUR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING DONE EARLY THIS YEAR * Up for auction tonight is an ORIGINAL CARDBOARD POSTER from probably the 50's ....This is not some silly paper poster, these are heavier cardboard, kind of like the thickness on the back cardboard page of a writing tablet...and NOT shipped in a tube, but sandwiched between flat sheets of outer cardboard....I have added a second picture of a 1950's ORIGINAL POPCORN BOX to the description. BUT THIS BOX IS NOT INCLUDED, AND YOU ARE BIDDING ON THE POSTER ONLY......( These is just to show what was being advertised ) I know Posters of this type were used up until 1963...Each Poster features MR. DEE-LISH advertising his Dr. Pepper with Popcorn and I remember seeing these Posters years ago, in snack bars at the movie and drive-in theatres...These posters ARE NOT REPRODUCTIONS and were the actual posters used to promote DR. PEPPER AND POPCORN....Hell, in those days, you could get a large popcorn for 25 cents...Try that today! ... Although you are only bidding on one, It looks like these posters have been sitting in a warehouse for the last 55 years as these posters are in like new condition with NO pinholes, folds, or holes....Oh, you might find a tiny edge curl somewhere, but overall these are in exc++ condition......This Poster measures 17" LONG X 11" Wide, and is printed at the bottom...Copyright DEELISH SNAX CO.
