This is an interesting group of figurines as Dresden art by Friedrich Wilhelm Wessel of Frankenthal ,Germany from approx the 1950's.They are set as a piano recital duet with 2 seated gentlemen as a formal audience.They comprise:

2 seated piano musicians that look similar and yet they are each unique in decoration , pose and size.

2 seated  audience gentlemen ,

1 Grand piano.

All pieces are in overall good condition with only the piano player in the red chair having half his right hand pinkie missing from his hand and the gentleman with the top hat having his lefthand thumb missing from his hand .[see extra photos].The scene is captured well in the modelling with the duet players moving their hands in unison and the 2 gentlemen moving their right hands as though keeping time with the rythym  of the music.It just wonderful.All four men measure similar height of approx 9.5cm tall or 3 3/4 inches and the piano measures 10 cm  x 7cm  x  8cm or 4 ''x 3 1/8'' x 2 3/4''
