Measures 31 cm x 22 cm

This is a beautiful old, vintage (circa 1950s/60s) snakeskin leather handbag/ purse; made from real snakeskin, and leather, by RONES, in NSW, Australia.  Essentially, this is a beige coloured leather bag, but sewn onto the flap, are three wide strips of yellow snakeskin, stitched closely together, with fine stitching. The scales are all intact, and lying flat, without any curling or wear. The leather is also all in very good condition, with no signs of wear, damage or soiling. The interior is also made with the same leather as the outer shell, and is clean, and in great condition. There is one main compartment, with two pockets, one zippered, the other, not. The thin leather strap, is in excellent condition, and is attached with detachable metal hook-locks, on either side of the bag.

This is a wonderful, and rare vintage bag, made from leather and genuine snakeskin. Vintage snakeskin handbags & purses, are rare, and much sought-after by collectors, often commanding very high prices. Do not miss out on this opportunity to snare a bargain.
