45' Timber Sharpie

1956 model in good condition.

Has two double Beds, two single Beds in two separate cabins (aft and forward). The saloon has electric and gas two door refigerator (full size), full size gas stove and oven, microwave, television and dvd, radios, fish finders etc, seating for four table becomes double bed if required.

Toilet which is down stairs also has a washing machine and dryer,opposite is bathroom with full shower and vanity.

Comes with 10" Achilles rubber duckie and a 8hp motor.

Boat has full walk around decks and a rear aft outside area. Good live aboard vessel. Engine 150hp Bedford desiel (6litres per hour). Two tanks holds 360litres of  each side, Plus two Water Tanks, each side holds 360 litres . Also has separate holding tank for future use.
