unpaginated small booklet.  rules on betting.  the different races of the day.  horses, handicaps.  etc.. who's not allowed on the premises... includes bookies and prostitutes.

great condition.  a bit crumpled. nothing major.  one pen mark by a horse's name. 

All Items are Sold AS IS--many of these items haven't seen daylight in years--being from estates and such. As such, they may have accumulated gunk or whatever and I've cleaned as much as my expertise allows without affecting the quality of an item. Will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
