Bust = 102 cm (40") around,

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam = 41 cm

Underarm to cuff = 39 cm

Shoulder to cuff = 58 cm

Top shoulder to hem = 100 cm

 

Gorgeous vintage long woollen coat, made circa 1950s/'60s in England, from genuine pure Llama & Mohair wools. This coat absolutely screams quality & style, and feels & looks amazing with its fine & very exotic woollen surface. The colours and patterning is subtle, with blue-grey hues, and more prominent burgandy-brown chequered lines. The woven wool was tailored by Grand Fashions, in Melbourne.

The coat has been designed in a classic 3/4-length, double-breasted woollen coat design-style, having been made to be a slightly loose fit.  It has a slightly open collar, with wide lapels. There are a total of 6 buttons on the front, but 3 are for show, while the other 3 thread through the button holes. There are 2 inset side pockets, with flaps. The inner-lining is a light blue coloured, satin-like fabric.

This coat is in very good condition, with no significant signs of wear. The outer shell is in very good shape, for a coat of such age. There is some light wear in places, such as the some of the edges, but there is nothing that is noticeable, or stands out. As for the inner lining, it is a beautiful metallic sky blue, and is clean & intact, but showing some small patches of wear, mainly along the edges. 

This is really a superb, and very stylish & exotic vintage woollen coat, which would be very rare to find today.
