 Description Postage and payments
 1961 Fender Vibrolux clothed in classic tweed. Similar in most respects to one of the all time classic amps, the Tweed Deluxe, only with lushious tremolo sounds built in.

Firstly, as shown hopefully by the photos, the tweed is not in great shape. It's got a dirty hue to it, and its pretty worn here and there. Also, the speaker is not the original Jensen, it is a Celestion. So we're not dealing with a museum piece here. On the other hand, it sounds fantastic and is super-responsive to playing dynamics. It's got that unmistakeable tweed-era bark in the tone and the mojo just radiates off it. It's a great volume for recording and most gigs too, as you get great driven tones out of it without breaking windows. So all in all this is an awesome little workhorse of an amp with tone and soul, if a little rough around the edges. I'll be very sorry to see it go, but there's a mid 60s Tele out there somewhere with my name on it and they're not giving them away so here you go.

A: The model number on the tube chart inside the amp reads 5F11. (Actually the 5 is hard to read but that's the model number for this amp.) Serial F04052.
