I ship using the most economical way available, using the bare knuckles approach. I recycle boxes and other shipping materials, 1-4 Badges are shipped in a Plain Envelope. If your order totals $25 or more a $0.80 surcharge will be added for Delivery Confirmation plus upgrade fees to Small Package rate if applicable (Minimum $2.12 total). For multiple orders please wait until I invoice you, eBay does not always combine shipping charges on invoices.  Orders may be combined up to 7 days after first purchase.  Items offered with free shipping are shipped with the least expensive manner possible, insurance is NOT included with Free Shipping, however Deliver Confirmation is included in the price with items $25 or more, if you purchase multiple Free Shipping items and the total is $25 or more $0.80 charge will be added.  International shipping, eBay calculator is often incorrect, if there is a huge difference to actual shipping versus what eBay calculator states the difference will be refunded.

Notes about item condition & description:

The majority of the Girl Scout items offered are considered antiques, I rarely offer items 1980-present, some of the items I offer are approaching 100 years old.  More often than not there will be minor flaws (dings, dents, stains, snags, etc.) unless otherwise stated all items are used.  I try to be as accurate as possible in the description but occasionally miss minor details especially in multiple listings. Items condition are sold as is and in most cases returns will NOT be accepted. I have thousands of girl scout items in stock with multiple listings it is not always possible to photograph the exact item especially with badges, with multiple listings the item offered will be similar to the one pictured.

Non Paying Bidders

NPB will be filed within the eBay guidelines for all non paying bidders. Please do not bid if you have no intentions of paying, buyers remorse or whatever excuse you may have. Excuses are just that – excuses.  I understand the economy is tough, people loose jobs, have unexpected bills, etc. You bid, you won the item the item is yours! Depending on the situation a Small Claims Case may be opened for non payment. Cases will be held in a San Diego County Court you will be responsible for all accrued court costs.

I leave positive feedback after payment has cleared, please remember to leave positive feedback and 5 star ratings for each category. The majority of my buyers are very satisfied with my level of service. However, if you want to leave neutral or negative feedback or less than 5 stars please contact me first and give me the courtesy to remedy the situation. The remedy may not always be what you wanted. I am very fair and understanding but at the same time will not tolerate abuse, threats, intimidation and other measures some use. I reserve the right to cancel unwanted bids and block bidders.
