If you wish to return the goods, please ensure the following conditions are met, and we will be happy to refund your money in full.

1. The customer returning the goods will be responsible for the cost of return via Registered Mail with Australia Post - unless other arrangements have been negotiated with Bargain Lodge. Registered Mail allows us to track your return should it be mislaid in transit.
2. All goods (product, packaging, manuals and warranty cards) must be received by Bargain Lodge in fully resalable condition otherwise charges to cover the cost of replacement of these items will be incurred.
3. Products which are permanently defaced (engraved or indelibly marked) will not be accepted. These goods will be returned to the customer and payment of the full invoiced cost will be requested.

We also ask that you contact us to receive an RMA Number (Returned Merchandise Authority Number) before returning the goods. In this way, we are able to keep track of your return.
