my spanish is, well, mas o menos.

but seems to be strategies for improving the economy.

no illustrations other than those on cover.

unsure who this was written by.  but written at a time when Eduordo Frei Montalva was elected president under the auspices of widespread reform.  this publication may be either a part of that movement or a response to it.  or something else. 

good condition.  all pages have light degree of yellowing. moreso to the covers with tiny spots of foxing.  a little bit rumpled, corners soft.
