Original vintage advertisement for Hotel New Otani.

Dates to the 1969.

Offers international travelers modern rooms, sightseers a quiet location, businessmen every facility... and 'lady visitors'... well, a shopping arcade.

Single rooms then were US$9.20 per night - now about US$395 according to their website http://www.newotani.co.jp/en/tokyo/stay/main/index.html

 

Page measures 25cm tall, edges trimmed somewhat in this scan.

 

 Perfect for framing... Lovely gift for an expat living in Japan or Japanese national.

Original retro clipped ad, not a modern reproduction. Reverse has a lovely ad for Cadillac.
