This set is not very common and very sought after.

Use the Roof Top Crane to to lift and move cargo and place on the vehicles.  A crank on the side raises and lowers the chain and hook.The Dump Truck and Cargo Lift are spring loaded for moving cargo, supplies, etc about the site.  A gas pump on the side of the building keeps the units moving.  

There is a garage that you can drive through and load vehicles from second floor storage.

Set includes buildings as shown and 2 vehicles.I believe bucket for conveyor is missing.

Shipping and Handling

Please feel free to add more items to receive a discount on your shipping. Just notify us that you are bidding on other items and we will delay shipping.

We ship via U.S.P.S as it is the most economical way. We want to save the buyer as much money as possible.  If you prefer a different way please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you. Shipping amount is based upon type and destination.

Insurance is not required but is strongly suggested as we will not be responsible for loss or damage once it is dropped off at the Post Office!! The buyer assumes all risk after it is dropped off.

Packages are wrapped with extreme care. We use alot of recycled materials in our packaging. Please note that due to costs above and beyond postage (packaging material, handling time, fuel costs, etc.) an additional charge of $1.50 is included in the postage amount.   

We do ship internationally. Please feel free to bid in confidence. Please check with us on shipping prices before you bid. International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• We do not list items as "gift" to avoid fees, etc.

We do our best to describe the item. All items are sold as is with no refunds. 

If our description does not match, or we make a human mistake, you must contact us within 3 (three) days of receipt and we can work together to resolve the issue.

In the event that a refund is made it will only be for the items price...it will not include shipping/handling charges and the item must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
