AS NEW CONDITION - no tags

Navy blue base fabric with White polkadot print and featuring a White Scolloped collar.

Also featuring a three tiered style in the skirt section.

Standard size 10.

to fit - bust 80cm - waist 60cm - hips 85cm

the dress has belt loops but unfortunatly no belt.
