Due to postage costs + eBay and Paypal fees we have a no exchange or refund for customers choosing the wrong size.

Only accept item in original condition within 7 days from our invoice day. Authorisation is required for all returns or refunds. (NO EXEMPTIONS)

Postage and Handling costs for item are not refundable.

An eBay Mutual agreement (electronic eBay e-mail) must be accepted before money is returned.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

We only ship items within Australia. International buyer must pay with Paypal only.

We only ship your item to your eBay registered address. If paying with Paypal we will only despatch to the PayPal registered address. If you want to post your item to a different address please edit new address on the checkout.

All orders will be delivered to the address specified between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only (Excluding Public Holidays). NOTE: If no one will be at the specified address between these times please choose Australia Post option for delivery as it will be placed at you local Post office for pick up.

Australia Post charges us a returning fee for returned parcels, this fee as well as the cost to resend will have to be paid by the Buyer before item can be resent.
