Questions and Contact
I try to be online as often as I can. However, I cannot always guarantee to answer your questions close to the end of the auction. If you are the winning bidder, please contact me within 48 hours via the ebay message system.
Postage & Insurance
Items are posted within 48 hours of payment (except during public holidays and weekends).I have found Australia Post very reliable but strongly suggest registering your item. Registered post covers up to $100 insurance. Additional insurance is $1.50 per $100 of coverage. I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items once they are posted. Sorry no pickups. I will combine postage where possible.
Payment
I prefer Direct Deposit. All payment to be in Australian Dollars. Use your ebay ID or name as a reference.
Winning bidder to Pay in full within 7 days. Please use ebay checkout facility.
If you have a payment problem outside your control please tell me asap. We can then review the situation.
Bank transfers and cheques can take up to 3 days to appear on my account. Please allow for this.
International Bidders
I ship internationally, however import restrictions may apply to some countries.
We do ship UK, Canada, USA. PNC is shipped by airmail at buyers risk as the item will not be insured due to high postal charges.
Countries other than UK, Canada, USA please email me before you bid to confirm if restrictions apply to your country and to confirm shipping costs.
All payment to be in Australian Dollars.
PAYPAL is the ONLY method of payment for international bidders.
