Q. How much is shipping?

Shipping is only AUD18.50 including insurance to any address in Australia for a carton of up to 12 standard bottles. This is a fixed price using Australia Post's Wine Delivery Service whether there are 1, 5 or 12 Bottles in it.

Q. How much is insurance? 

Nothing! There is no extra charge for insurance. Ever. We insure to the full value of your carton. Please see below for further details

Q. Can I combine my purchases and save money?

We are happy to mix & match / combine bottles for shipping for you for up to 4 weeks (maximum) from your first purchase. Just let us know. If you ask us to we will hold your bottles in our cellars for up to a month (as long as you pay as you go). The only thing that we ask in return is that you pay as you go! Please add shipping to your first payment. 

Q. What does the @ mean in your listing title? 

Wine, Fortifieds & Spirits that have the symbol "@" or "circa" in their description are dated as accurately as possible. These bottles do not have a date on the label. Certificate/Seals of Authenticity for circa bottles are available if required in most cases. We use many resources to establish an accurate date, including glass manufacturer codes, label databases, cellar notes, net resources and other techniques. We are usually accurate within 12 months.

All listings are for single bottles unless otherwise specified.

Q. Has this bottle ever been opened?

No. All bottles, pottery crocks and miniatures are sold sealed and unopened

All bottles are shipped from our cellars in Hobart, Tasmania. Shipment will be through Australia Post's Manual Wine Handling Eparcel Service. All cartons sent are fully insured and trackable online. Orders are always shipped on the day of or the day after payment is received - unless we are instructed otherwise!

We are happy to combine bottles for shipping for you for up to 4 weeks from your first purchase. We will re-rack & re-cellar your bottles and ship them all to you when you are finished, for the one great value case price of 18.50. The only thing that we ask in return is that you pay as you go! Please add the shipping charge to your first payment.

Express Parcel Post is available but may not suit all items. Australia Post will not insure anything sent this way. If you need something sent urgently please contact us 03 6248 6033 Mon - Sat 9am-6pm before purchasing to discuss suitabilty and cost.

Please note that where we have more than one bottle of a specific wine and vintage and the actual bottle used in the photo is unavailable, we may substitute another bottle from that case (ie minor variations in label quality, wine level etc) and not the pictured one. We will always send the bottle that is pictured or as close to identical where possible. In the unlikely event you are disappointed please contact us upon receipt of your carton. All high value wines are photographed & sold individually.
