Postage & Handling terms.

This item and all our items are posted using Standard Postal Service.

Due to the increased cases of lost and unreceived item incidents, we now offer the option of Registered Post to protect the buyers (Cost paid by Buyer).

The Registered Post cost is set by Australia Post and we do not make any money for providing this service. (It is actually costing us money as we need to do trips to the local Post Office every day).

All buyers are encouraged to use Registered Post as this will ensure that your item will arrive safely every time. However this is still only an option and the buyer can choose to do Standard Post to minimise cost, but please do so carefully as we will not be liable for any lost items after we've posted out your item.

Monday to Friday

We will post your item out on the same day providing that the payment is made before 3:00pm for Registered Post Option and 5:00pm for Standard Post. All Payment made after these time will be posted out the following day.

 Saturday & Sunday

We will post your item out on the same day providing that the payment is made before 5:00pm for Standard Post and all Registered Post Option will be posted out on Monday.

Delivery Time

Delivery time will always be different depending on Australia Postal Service. This is out of our control. The usual guideline will be 1 to 6 business days (not including weekends).

Use Registered Post Option as this will ensure that your item will arrive safely every time.

To protect us from any dispute, we will do the following (for Standard Post Option):

1. We will pack, address and stamp the package.
2. We will take a photo of the package before we post the item.
3. We will email the photo to you as soon as we post it out.
4. All photos will be kept until feedback is left by buyer.
