This is a lot for collectors. 1940s Vintage Greeting Cards.

 

This lot consists of 2 different vintage 1940's Christmas Card Assortment boxes in their original, unused, Mint, unhandled condition.

 

There are a total of 100 cards and envelopes, and their two Original boxes in this lot.

 

Both of these beautiful boxed assortments were made in the USA by Stonybrook Greetings.

 

 Both of these boxes are original and complete with 50 beautiful cards in each box, and their original envelopes. These cards are unused and in mint condition!

 

They are all printed with typically 1940s messages.

 

The Boxes are the same size and both measure approx. 9" x 11". The cards measure 4" x 5" and have terrific, 1940s graphics.

 

There are great winter scenes and terrific traditional holiday designs, with Santa, snowmen, Christmas trees and lots of jolly designs. Even the insides of the cards are decorated and even the printing is 1940s style!

 

These are lovely old cards and the colors are perfect. These are new old stock (NOS). They have been in storage for over 60 years, untouched. They have not been handled or exposed to light or moisture.

 

They are as perfect as you will ever see! I guarantee it!

 

One of the boxes is called "Touquoise  Assortment , 50 Christmas Greetings"  It has 20 different designs, with multiples of each for a total of 50 cards.

 

The other box is called, "Christmas Value Box, 50 Colorful Cards with Envelopes" This has 25 different designs, 2 of each for a total of 50 cards.The cards shown on the box cover are included in the box.

 

These two boxes are meant to be together in a collection.

So I am offering them as one lot together. Of course once you buy them you can decide what you'd like to do with them. Please be assured that if you are not completely satisfied you may return them for a full refund.

 

These may be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, if you are not completely satisfied. International postage is extra. I will gladly combine postage on multiple lots. I ship promptly and pack carefully. Please check out my other auctions.
