Defective items must be returned to our office in Hong Kong for replacement or repair. They will be carefully inspected before repair or exchange. 4. Customers are responsible for all delivery expenses associated with original order and exchanges. Notice: 1. Importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you VAT, Customs clearance fees.
