 Return policy:

1. Please note that you can only return because the item is faulty ( it is not your fault), and please contact me within 1 month from the day you purchase.

2. We will not refund the money to you, but will replace you with a new one. Before that, please send us back the faulty ram as in the condition when you receive it. 

3. It is your responsibility to check the compatibility of the ram with your notebook before you order. Once you purchase , we will not refund if it is just because you find out the ram is not the right kind for your laptop.
