Payment Policy

• The Buyer is expected to make payment within 48 hours of winning bid, or "buy it now". All items are shipped with a tax invoice unless otherwise requested. Please use ebay Username as reference when making bank transfers, prime_inksforless accept no responsibility for delays caused by any other reference being used. Payment forms accepted are: Cheque, Bank Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit, Bank Deposit, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex (please note a 3% surcharge applies for Amex). Shipping Policy

1. Most Items will be sent on the same day of payment clearing, if received by 3:00pm AEDST. All items will be sent within 3 business days. If Prime_inks4less is unable to send the items within this time the buyer will be notified.
2. International buyers please contact us for shipping cost BEFORE purchasing.
3. Registered and insured postage available as per lising for an additional $4.50. Seller accepts no responsibility for missing items where regular postage is selected.
4.  Express post is available as per listed price.
5. Pick up is available 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Please note that a $2.50 handling fee applies for pick ups.
6. Prime_inks4less take great care in ensuring all items are securely and safely packed.
7. If the buyer requires the items to be sent to an alternative address they must confirm this with Prime_inks4less BEFORE making payment.

Returns Policy

• Receipt is required for all returns. Please send email and get a Return Authority Items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase if they are still in its original factory sealed package  Any defective Item can be replaced within 6 months from day of purchase Refunds will not be given to any opened or used inkjet cartridges, but may be given a exchange if the inkjet cartridge is found to be defective.

All Items come with a 6 month 100% satisfaction, back to base guarantee. Return postage is the Responsibility of the Buyer.  Any Defective items will be replaced once we have received the defective item back.
