Shipping

We will ship to confirmed Paypal address only. We will only  shipment to your paypal address , Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase , Due to security reasons, we are not allowed to change address through email instructions , Item will be shipped by Hongkong Post Air mail small parcels .It takes 7 to 21 business days arrived your location , Most of the items will be delivered in 2 weeks , while some may take up to 4 weeks ,please contact us if your item isn’t delivered after 4 weeks ,

Reception and Acceptance

Buyer responsible for the possible import tariffs , Our price is not including customs duty or other your local cost. We will try to reduce or avoid customs duties , it's without package box , We put as a reason for export and/or description of contents : "personal gift" and a low declared value. 

All goods are 100% tested before shipping. In order to avoid inconvenience due to transportation process, please check your received parcel in front of the carrier : open it, inspect the content (includes Mobile Phone, Memory Card, battery quantity, battery charger, cable, earphone and so on. You can find the description of the content in our homepages). Then sign the delivery form. Otherwise please rewrap the package and refuse the good. Please retain the carrier officer contact telephone number and informs us with eBay message service immediately. We are not liable for any damage after you signed the form.

Return

If you don’t like the item, please inform us within 7 days after reception. Please also describe to us the reason why. We will give you our approval for the return and our shipping address. Returned items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging with the complete content. We will refund you after the item reception. 15% S&H fees of your total payment is non-refundable for returned items.

Before returning please make sure you get our return address, write on the delivery form “personal gift” as the reason for export and/or description of contents. Please use regular postal service and provide us the tracking number (Do not use fast delivery services,e.g.Fedex or DHL).

Warranty and Maintenance

Our provide 3 months warranty , buyer need payment both side shipping cost for warranty item (normal case just shipping back the phone without other parts to us for repair , our shipping back for your cost is  about 7USD for just one phone without other parts)

We can provide maintenance services on our sold goods. We keep track of each Serial Number and have our dated In-Digital yellow sticker inside the telephone so do not scratch it as this is the only warranty certificate we provide. Before returning please make sure you get our return address, write on the delivery form “gift” as the reason for export and/or description of contents. Please use regular postal service and provide us the tracking number (Do not use fast delivery services). We will reship the repaired good or exchange it by asap
