Delivery and Insurance
  • All goods are well packaged however damage during transit can occur. Transit insurance is included as we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit. You will be protected against theft or damage during transit.
  • Shipping is door-to-door, via couriers. Someone must be available at the delivery address (street address, not PO Box!) to take delivery and sign for the item. All items will be marked as Authority to leave, and the delivery company will leave the goods in a safe place if no one to sign the items. If the package is stolen anytime after the delivery has been made, you will not be covered by insurance.
Shipping
  • This item comes with one flat packed box.
  • All items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment have been confirmed, but can take up to 5 to 10 business days.
  • Transit insurance is included.
  • Only local personal pick up is allowed from our warehouse in Pinkenba, Brisbane, with $10 handling fee, NO COURIERS ARE ALLOWED TO PICK UP.
  • All payment must be cleared before delivery or pick up. Pick up details will be available after payment cleared.
  • Pick up is only available from 9AM to 4PM, Mon to Fri, no weekends and public holidays. At least 1 business day notice is required .
