If you are paying through PAYPAL most payments are received instantly, others like e-cheque take up to 7 days to clear. We receive a receipt of payment from PAY PAL with your payment details so PLEASE DO NOT email us your receipt as proof, we already have it. If you are paying through BANK DEPOSIT please leave EBAY Username and item number. If you fail to do this and leave your regular name, or the words "ebay item" or no name, this makes it difficult to connect a payment to you. It will take us a lot longer to process and postage of your item will be delayed. Please allow between 3-7 days for your deposit to reach our account. Depending on what bank and method you use, the time it takes to reach our account varies considerably.
As soon as we receive your payment, your item will be sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please do not email us asking if we have received your payment. If there is any issues we will contact you. If we do not receive payment from you, a computer generated Ebay payment reminder is sent after 7 days of no payment. This is only a reminder (through dispute console). We do this as it covers both seller and buyer to resolve matters correctly if payment has not occurred.
