CONDITIONS & IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE AS A BUYER:

• All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges, unless otherwise approved by the seller in certain occasions.
• Should the performance be postponed or cancelled, face value of the tickets will be refunded upon receipt of the tickets.
• Contact must be made by the buyer within 24 hours of purchase, and within 6 hours of an event that is very imminent.
• Payment must be received within 3 days as a general rule. In some cases, if you need extra time to make payment, please email as I am flexible, provided the event is not taking place for a while.
• PLEASE ensure your EMAIL address that is linked to your ebay account is up to date. Many times, I reply to old email addresses that bounce back, and then am asked why I never replied. Providing a current email address is the buyers responsibility and if you don't receive a reply to your question, PLEASE CHECK your email address before inquiring as to why your question was not answered.
• Exact seating may not be provided for buyer protection. Tickets will always be equal to or better than the seating position disclosed.
• If paying by bank deposit, please email me and I will provide bank details. Please leave a reference on your payment - preferably your ebay name, or at least the listing number. If this is not provided, I may not find your payment and will not be responsible for late postage of the article.

SHIPPING INFO:

• Tickets will be posted out within aprox 3 weeks of the show as they were purchased through premium seating company that will not send out tickets to me until that time.
• Allow up to 10 days for Registered Post, and 1-3 days from payment date for Express Post. If your item does not arrive, please check with the post office before contacting me. Sometimes the item may be awaiting pick up at the post office and a slip may have not been left at your door.
• I do not guarantee Australia Post mail service. 99.9% of the time, things arrive on time as planned, but should there be a postal error, this will not be my responsiblity. Postal Insurance provided by myself is available for an extra fee, and if this is selected, I will guarantee money back or replacements, if tickets don't arrive.
