TILE PRODUCTION

We use a heat transfer process where the artwork image is printed onto a unique paper using special inks, this image is then applied to the tiles. The tiles are then placed into a heat press and extreme heat and pressure is applied to them. Under the intense heat and pressure the dye on the printed image turns to a gas (much like dry ice) this gas formed dye then permeates the tile surface and becomes permanently embedded into the tile. The vibrant image is then actually part of the tile and can’t ever be washed off. Cleaning the tiles can be done in the same way you would clean a regular tile however it is not advisable to use harsh scourers.

DELIVERY TIMES

All Tile Murals and Feature Tiles are custom made to each individual order so there is a 14 day time frame from when payment is received to when your tile will be posted. Each tile is wrapped securely and sent registered via Aust Post, any broken tiles will be replaced *FREE of charge.
