Conditions of Sale

• By bidding on our auction(s) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our warranty and returns policies. Please review our policies prior to placing your bid(s).

• The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction.

• All payments made payable direct to 'Audioland Online Pty Ltd'.

• All item prices include GST.

• Please be advised, all Credit Card payments are through PayPal

• Audioland Online adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.

• We will email you with payment details shortly after the auction closes

• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.

• All pictures contained in any of our listings are for illustration purposes only.

• If you win and not pay a cancellation fee of 10% of the bidding price is applicable. No exceptions.

Shipping

• Please see the above table for shipping costs.

• Pick-ups are not possible. No exceptions

• Item will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

• * Some items may be applicable for a 50% discount on postage. Minimum of two purchases of the type of item apply. To find out if your items receives 50% discount, email ebay@audiolandonline.com.au. Audioland Online reserves the right to refuse any discount or change discount prices at any time without any prior notice.

Delivery

• Dispatch of goods is arranged from Audioland Online.

• For all Domestic deliveries please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is considerably quicker.

• For all International deliveries please allow up to 30 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is considerably quicker. International buyers: As an International buyer, you are liable for all the taxes and customs clearance fees that may come up.

• No weekend or after hours delivery available.

• Audioland Online is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages to any goods.

Warranty & Returns

• If your item was damaged on arrival or was non functional within the 7 days from the date of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping costs.

• Faulty items will be replaced within 14 working days.

• Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchasers expense in both ways (sending and receiving).

• We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's has been received.
