Shipping Information

Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, the other items will be charged at a discounted rate.  Please make sure that all items are combined under one eBay invoice at the time of checkout.

All items will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared.  Please make sure that eBay username is included.

We ship daily therefore the earlier payment is made the earlier you will receive you goods.

All products are shipped from our Melbourne Head Office via Express Post, Regular Post or Courier.  Please refer to the table in the description for the cost of shipping your item.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery (generally items are received in 1 to 3 days but depending on your location Australia Post may take longer).

We will email you with the reference number of the package if sent via express post once payment is received therefore tracing your parcel if you have any concerns is easy.

Any items that are returned to us that are undeliverable due to incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged a re-delivery fee.

All Sales are final unless items are not as described.

We are not liable for any, theft, damage or loss of any product during transit.  Every attempt is made to package our products with care to avoid any damage. 

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition and with all original packaging.  We do not refund any postage costs.
