Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for items going missing in transit. For more safely we recommend that send the items by Registered Post .

RETURNS & REFUNDS We will only consider refunding your payment if we misrepresented our item(s) unintentionally (says "as new" when not, wrong size and the likes). As long as it is valid, we will look into your request. But we will only refund your payment after we have received back our item(s). Refunds do not include shipping costs.
