20 FT SHIPPING CONTAINER has rust in roof (needs re sheeting) and timber floor needs replacing as a consequence of rusted roof. I was going to remove rusted sheeting and screw colorbond sheet the roof crossmembers that are still good and repair the flooring for a garden shed but I don't need it as have more space than I thought in our new place. 

Need two minor repairs to R/H Side lower wall. Still lockable with all door locking bars straight and undamaged.   NOTHING else in photos is included.  You are bidding on a shipping container only and sold as is.

Inspection highly recommended.

Will need to be Hiab from where it is.

Pickup and payment must be made within 7 days after auction ending. Cash on Pickup preferred option of payment.

Available for pickup Tue-Thurs up to 12:00pm or Fri-Sat all day. Item is located in Appin NSW, 10 mins south of Campbelltown.
