Payment is required within 5 days of purchase date.

2. Packaging, Postage and Handling Fees:

We only use Australia Post.

Cheap Post & Handling Costs: ONLY $1.50!!

Delivery time may take up to 6 days for regular post

Please note: Once items are posted, we will NOT be responsible for any items damaged,

lost or delayed in transit by Australia Post.

For peace of mind, Registered Post ($2.70) is required in the P&H costs and has an added insurance of up to $100.

For larger purchases and combined postage please provide your postcode for an EXACT P&H quote.

We will ONLY post within Australia & pick up is NOT available, sorry.

3. Refund Policy:

All sales are FINAL.

We do NOT offer refund for ‘change of mind’.

Refund is only provided if items are not as described, less P&H costs.

You must notify us IMMEDIATELY of your refund intentions - preferably, on the DAY items are received.

Buyer must return ALL sold goods in the same condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Buyer pays for all P&H costs.

Every CARE is taken by us to make sure our customers receive their goods as intended J

4. Guidelines For a ‘Smooth and Hassle-free’ Transaction:

1.        Ask ALL questions necessary & if necessary, request for more pictures sent via email.

2.        When fully satisfied with item on sale and conditions - Bid/Purchase item/s.

3.        Buyer wins auction and makes contact with seller within 3 days of end of auction date.

4.        Sellers sends invoice and Buyer pays for item within 5 days.

5.        Seller post items to buyer within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Buyer is notified.

6.        Buyer receives goods and notifies seller.

7.        Any problems? Make contact IMMEDIATELY to resolve it quickly and smoothly.

8.        Both buyer and seller are extremely happy and provides prompt feedback J
