A great fast growing, attractive, thick ground cover that suppresses weeds and can be used for erosion control

Used by many local councils as a plant for roadside, park and nature strip plantings.

Occurs naturally in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.

Its is quite salt tolerant which also make it useful for coastal plantings.

Will grow in both acidic and alkaline

I have seen online claims to it being a fire retardant plant

A native, low growing, dense ground covering variety that spreads and trails well making it great for rockeries, slopes, edging, front planting, containers, retaining walls, native gardens, hanging pots, dam banks, etc.

with its blooms profusely covering the plant as well as beautifuly contrasting with its deep green foliage.

It is drought, frost and seaside tolerant.
