Three printing options are available and can be invoiced after purchase:
Priority - additional $15 (7 days)
Standard - additional $10 (14 days)
Slow - Included (21 days)
These Printing timeframes are AFTER you have approved the design and do not include postage time.

For best results KelzDesignz recommends your images RESOLUTION is 300DPI for best results.
The Kelzdesignz Guarantee of Satisfaction
Kelzdesignz stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact kelly@kelzdesignz.com within 21 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and I will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs. Indeed, Kelzdesignz takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction.
However, there are two instances in which are beyond my control and are not covered by the guarantee.
Please note that I cannot be responsible for:
* Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors AFTER the customer has approved the design. Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to approving the design.
* No approval via Email or Ebay Messages from the Customer after purchase will result in the item not being printed. This is to avoid producing an incorrect item.
If no contact or approval is received within 21 days of purchase, the purchase price will not be refunded and negative feedback will be relunctantly left.
