We have been breeding exotic finches for over 20 years, and are dedicated to providing a safe, enconomical band for finches. These bands are not the thin, hard plastic kind that you may be familiar with. They are made of a soft, slightly thicker plastic that allows the band to be put on easily, and remove easily. Because of this, the band sits slightly off the leg allowing you to easily see the band on the bird in a large flight.
With the extensive color selection that I carry, you should have no problems identifying your birds! Why limit yourself to 5 or 6 colors, when you can have a rainbow of colors? Color choices are: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Black, white, grey, red, shades of purples, pinks, blues, yellows, oranges, greens and browns. They also come in translucent. You choose the colors that you need, in any combination and amount.
This Auction is for 200, open/split plastic bands for finches. Easy to put on, and take off. So easy to put on, that you can use a paper clip! Paper clip is not included. No special tool needed! I have used this type of band for several years, and prefer them.
Can be used on most finches, including Gouldians, Owl, Zebra, Grass Finches, Societies, Stars, and some canaries. They should not be put on babies that are in the nest. You can however, place them on the babies just prior to fledging.
There is no shipping or handling fee. I will mail anywhere for free! I am no longer mailing to Turkey. I mail first class, and usually the same day, or next day depending on when payment is received, and colors are chosen.
