Large industrial size colourbond shed designed for tradesman's use. Has 3 separate sections, first lock up enter from middle bays with internal sliding door. Middle bay has 2 large front sliding doors, (one has pedestrian entry door), third bay is a lined double garage with rolla door. Only blemish is a small dent on one of the sliding doors, (easily beaten out), Has a 3 mtr height clearance. Built to last, RSJ's C & S sections. Has sky lights through out. The shed is in great condition and is approx 10 years old. It should be quite easy to dismantle as all the bolts are exposed in the concrete and are easily accessible. Some assistance may be given with pallet forks on bobcat for lifting the beams. The anchor points in the concrete can be retrieved by breaking a small amount of concrete around them. Great access to the shed for removal. I have checked out the replacement cost of this shed, in kit form $33,000 + erecting. DIY and grab a bargain. Save Thousands!! Located in Drouin 1 hour from Melbourne, 20 mins past Pakenham. Must be removed by the end of November.
