This vehicle is a finance company disposal. Mobile Money Ltd currently has title of ownership.

We are not a dealership and therefore we sell the vehicles we dispose of at Public Auction as

 ‘un roadworthy’

This vehicle may or may not hold a valid MOT. It may be of sound condition, however our policy is strict therefore our sales are titled as un roadworthy. 

We are not vehicle mechanics, vehicle electricians, or bodywork technicians. We therefore cannot provide a professional opinion regards the mechanical, electrical, or bodywork condition of this car hence why you are encouraged to view/inspect with a professional before you bid. We can only factually advise of what is visibly obvious to us. The vehicle has been repossessed and it’s very likely we may not even of driven it.

It is important to mention that there is no further cost or expense to be incurred by our company whatsoever in relation to any concerns regards repairs, damage or replacements, so without any prejudice please do not ask us.

The winning bidder (purchaser) must provide identification in the form of photographic ID of which will we will copy and retain on our file for a period of 6 months after sale. The V5 document must be completed by whoever the New Keeper will be and the relevant section detached. We will send our appropriate section direct to the DVLA.

Our HPI marker will be removed at the time of purchase and a copy of the removal will be provided along with a signed receipt of transaction.

The vehicle is available for Spares or Repair. It needs a new engine, and respray. However the inside is ok considering the condition of the vehicle.

The vehicle will have to be towed or put on to a trailer.

The winning bid can bring cash on the day.
