2001 Federation C.O.A 50 Cent Double Legend Error Coin

AUSTRALIA & DATE ARE HEAVILY DOUBLED VERY WIDE HIGH SIDES & INCUSED IN CENTRE OF LETTERS .REVERSE SIDE HAS NO DOUBLING.

Possibly caused from a die rotating when struck? Unusal looking error won't find many coin types with this error being so pronounced.
