Great looking Silver Eagle Proof from 2007, minted at West Point. Graded by NGC to assure a high-quality coin for your collection. Nice shiny surfaces on both obverse and reverse. Good strong frost on Liberty and Eagle.

There may be some glue from price stickers that show in the picture, this gets cleaned before shipping. Any scratches are on the plastic slab, not the coin.
