This Hardcover Pink Guest Book with Scrolled Border has the Title 

"21st guestbook" 

on front cover, in Silver print. It also has the following verse in white print

 A square shaped cutout has a silver key attached on ribbon. 

Book measures 22 cm x 15 cm  

Pages of the book are blank (50 double sided) with a section at the back called
