A very traditional design that has been used in the Chinese countryside for centuries. Retains heat, cooks evenly, quickly and efficiently and imparts the Chinese wok flavour.

This round bottom wok is designed to sit on a gas stove with a wok/fire ring and a high flame.

This is a very large wok make sure it will fit your stove before buying. This wok like any traditional wok needs seasoning and hence when first received it needs to be thoroughly clean to remove any rust and surface protection oil to prepare it for seasoning.
