Buyer is fully responsible for assuring that the equipment is and remain in good working order before use. Buyer must take all safety precaution prior to and during using the item.
Buyer must have knowledge of the characteristics of the product. Buyer must do regular maintenance and seek qualified person for servicing/fixing where there is need.
Buyer is responsible for all the necessary safety precautions while using this product. We are NOT responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury caused.
Refund can be done only if the item is substantially not as described in the auction or completely Dead On Arrival and cannot be fixed through our help. Change of mind, minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund. Item must be in new condition and everything repacked securely for return shipping or you drop it to our warehouse. We will inspect the item prior to refunding. If the bike or contain parts swapped that does not belong to us, we will take the cost out of the refund as well. A restocking fee of 15% of the final value will apply. Refunds does not include all shipping/return postage fees, damage/repair/parts costs caused by buyer.

1 YEAR PARTS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Summary – WHAT DOES LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
- Repair/Replacement (same or reasonably equal value) of parts that may have failed due to a manufacturer defect from normal use. (May require sufficient proof of defect by having faulty part return to base on request or photos provided)
- Labour by A&S Powerseller Melbourne Head Office/Warehouse mechanic only within the duration of the Limited Warranty period.
- Supply of parts approved for claims within the duration of the Limited Warranty period.
Summary – WHAT DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?
- Cost of freight or insurance for return of parts to us and back to you.
- Any consumable or expendable such as brake pads, filters, light globes, spark plug, fuses, chains, tyres, battery unless they were faulty initially.
- Any labour by third parties.
- Any labour by A&S Powerseller Melbourne Head Office/Warehouse mechanic outside the duration of the warranty.
Limited warranty period only from the date of sale to cover both spare parts and labour (only when service/repair at our warehouse in Melbourne) to repair the defect. This is effective for the duration stated after the sale i.e. Invoice or dispatch date (with reasonable amount of time for receiving the item).
- Maintenance, wear and tear items such as canvas, poles, ropes, tyres, brake pads, filters, battery, clutches, cables, chains, light bulbs, fluids, oils and etc are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
- Paint and chrome defects and scratches due to shipping, transportation and handling are not covered.
Third Party Labour and Freight are not included in this Limited Warranty.
- A&S Powerseller’s Limited Warranty is on the basis of return to base, freight pre-paid i.e. freight paid by claimant (purchaser of the product) of the parts to be replaced under Limited Warranty.
- Return to base will mean return to A&S Powerseller Head Office/Warehouse at Melbourne, VIC if required/requested by A&S Powerseller.
- Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, improper use or accident will be considered as such and not a product defect, this may include using the product beyond its capacity or ability, stunts, racing or using the product for something that it was not intended for.
- The warranty shall not apply to any claimed item that has been repaired by third party or modified.
- A&S Limited Warranty will not accept responsibility for in-transit damage. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you take up insurance for any freight for the product or parts being shipped to or from A&S Powerseller.
- Second hand products will not carry any form of warranty.
Other Details
A&S Powerseller Limited Warranty is not transferrable to another party and is only in place for the original Purchaser.
We do have a few technicians to assist with any issue you may have with our product. Please remember that you are purchasing your item wholesale, and if we are not physically on location with you, you will need to be our eyes and hands to walk you through any warranty or technical issues and have patience. If you need to take it to your local dealer for repair or warranty work we will work with them for any warranty repairs, as long as the manufacture and your local dealer agrees. Please remember, due to the low cost of our product the parts are included in your warranty but the third party labour naturally is not. If there is a significant issue we will work with you to correct your needs.
A&S extends assistance in advice and best course of solution for problems that may develop after the Limited Warranty period expires. This assistance is extended to all customers.
Warranty claim will be reject if return to base products and parts have no purchase/customer details, written claim and freight prepaid.
Buyer must treat the bike like any other vehicle and service the bike with qualified person as well as doing regular maintenance. (For example, not adhering to oil change and running in engine will void warranty).
Most spare parts are available but in the event if we are out of stock for certain part, we can order it in from overseas manufacturer, any waiting period will be added back to the warranty period.
Any of your local dealer have repair facilities that may be able to repair your item. However, please organize with our warranty/service department for your claim first. We can arrange to have the warranty parts sent direct to that facility for you.
In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from oversea and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR MISSING COMPONENTS
Items damaged or lost in transit will not be covered by this warranty, but through the extra Postage Insurance.
If you have received an item damaged in transit, please advise us via the online form at A&S Powerseller Service Center within 3 days of receiving your item. All claims after 3 days will not be accepted. When you successfully file the form, you will be given a CASE/CLAIM ID NUMBER, please keep that for future reference or when inquiring about the status of your claim.
WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS
To claim warranty simply fill in the online form located at the A&S Powerseller Service Center, at our website.
All details must be filled correctly in order for a warranty claim to be processed. Incorrect details will delay processing of your warranty claim. If the filling of the form is successful, you will receive a CASE/CLAIM ID NUMBER, please keep this number for future reference or when making inquiry. If you didn't receive a CASE/CLAIM ID NUMBER, it means that the form wasn't entered correctly so please try again and make sure to fill in all details properly.
Normally you will get a response from our warranty staff within 1-2 working days. You will be required to pay for postage of any part sent to you.

A. We can't give any promise in regard to this as we are not post office or the courier. Normally for small parcels, they range from 1-5 working days. For heavy items like bikes, it range from 2-10 working days. Please note that some regional area may take longer than normal for delivery. Also courier need to be able to contact successfully with you to arrange for delivery, otherwise they may hold on the item at the nearest depot until they are able to get a hold of you. Please note that the courier doesn't make the delivery on public holidays and weekends.

Q. How do I work out the postage cost for bike I am bidding on?
A. For each bike listing, there is a section POSTAGE section where you can type in the postcode of the delivery address and click SHOW POSTAGE FEE. There is also optional postage insurance but this will only show up when you receive the WINNING NOTIFICATION. For other items, they will be standard express or regular as shown in POSTAGE section.

Q. What should I do after I won the auction?
A. Please wait for us to send you the winning notification and take a moment to check and update your ebay details to make sure that your Name, Address, Phone number and email address are correct. When you receive the winning notification, it will have the right total for the item and postage as well as an optional insurance. If it is incorrect or you need to arrange for alternative address and contact person or even arrange pick up, please communicate with us further before checkout. It is important that you do not check out prior to confirming all details and if you are planning to win more then one items and would like to check them out together if they have postage discount for sending them together. (Postage discount doesn't apply to bikes auction)

Q. I have sent the payment, but my item has not been sent. What is going on?
A. This could result from various scenario. Payment was not confirmed due to invalid/no reference, total amount deposited doesn't match the item total amount, payment was not transfered to the right account, postal address or phone number invalid/missing, delay in courier and finally shipment delayed due to custom. If your payment was not mark as confirmed after 3 workings from the day you deposited your money, you must contact us immediately and have your receipt ready to be fax/email to us together with your ebay id and item number so we can track and find your payment. If your address or phone was invalid/missing, we will try to contact you. Communication is the key to fix this issue.

A. This is automated process, you do not have to leave the feedback until you received the item. If there are any issue, we are encouraged to work with our customers to resolve them prior to leaving each other feedback. If you have issue, you should work with us to resolve your issue first prior to leaving feedback. Communication will be the key in resolving any issue therefore if there are any issue, contact us immediately.
