 ABOUT THIS ITEM         

·        This item is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

·        This item is not edible.

·        These original designs are all hand-made in Australia with the highest quality of beads and strong elastic or beading cord materials imported from the USA.

·        Every effort is made to provide an accurate description and photos.  Where possible, I have provided a day-time photo, taken in natural day light, and a night-time photo, taken in a dark room with one standard 4ft UV ‘black light’ baton shining near the item, which will show how the UV-reactive and the glow-in-the-dark beads are fluorescent.  Please note that UV-reactive beads need to be near a UV “black light” in order to glow.  Glow-in-the-dark beads will glow in the dark on their own.

 REFUNDS       

Please ask any questions before bidding/buying and choose carefully as there is no refund for “changing your mind” about the item’s fit or purpose.  I create and sell well crafted items made with top quality materials that are carefully checked before posting.

 RETURNS       

Customer satisfaction is very important to me!  If you are not completely satisfied upon receipt, you may return the item within 7 days and it will be gladly exchanged for one of equal value. 

 POSTAGE & HANDLING

The cost of the Postage & Handling covers the processing of winning orders, parcel material, packaging and delivery to the post office, and the actual stamps.  I do not make a profit on these charges.  By purchasing this item you agree to the nominated Postage & Handling costs.

 COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNT

I am happy to provide a discount on postage for multiple purchases.  For items bought within a 7 day period, full postage will be charged for the first item and all additional items will receive a discount of 50% each.  For multiple item orders email me to request a Total Invoice which will include all applicable combined postage discounts.  To receive the combined postage discount you must pay for all items in one payment.  No refunds will be given for multiple payments.  Please request and wait for a Total Invoice as I do not want you to pay undue postage costs. For all invoice requests and queries, I am usually very quick with email response.

 PICK UP        

Sorry, local pick up is not possible.

 INSURANCE    

Postal Insurance can be added as an optional extra, contact me for a quote based on your location.   Please be advised that without Insurance I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.  All items are inspected prior to posting and carefully packaged.

 PAYMENTS

·        The accepted payment methods are Bank Transfer (preferred for Australian domestic transactions) and PayPal (preferred for International transactions). If paying by Bank Transfer please use your eBay ID as the transaction reference.

·        Exact payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. Failure to make payment within that time-frame will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute being automatically lodged through eBay.

·        Once payment has been received I will post your item(s) to you as soon as possible within the next business day.
