Directions
Take 10 drops under tongue 3 times daily, or as needed. In acute situations use frequently. Drops can be added to drinking water and sipped at regular intervals. Apply to pulse points or lips if person is unconscious.

Add a few drops to bath water for a calming and relaxing soak.

Apply topically to areas of aches and pains, cramps and spasming.

Rescue Remedy is completely safe for the whole family, from newborns to pregnant women and the elderly, our animal friends and our plants. For any stress whatsoever, use Rescue Remedy freely.
