28 ft Yacht Unfinshed Project ALL THE HARD WORK DONE

The Yacht

 She is a 28 ft Steel bildge keel motor sailer. located conveniently at a storage Jard on the sunshine coast.

I moved her there to finish working on her. Unfortunatly I had to move to NSW and cannot finish her.

Here is a list of inclusions and work done:

• New Cabin /Pilot house is fully welded to deck (4mm) with special zinkcaniel 2mm steel plate
• Full headroom in cabin and pilot house large area and storage when finnish life on board all weather
• Strong alm section mast with spreaders 9.6 meters long
• Main sail 2 years old and spare =old sail (8years still good) furling sail 2 years old
• S/Steel 6MM rigging is complete ready to attach (2years old)
• 2 winches on mast and two spare for self furling sail
• New motor frame to suit inboard motor
• New installed propeller shaft/seals
• Plough anchor with 30 m gal chain and manual windlass winch +spare anchor
• 100L diesel tank polyfiber with sender
• 2 Metho stove burner+ and stainless steel sink
• S/steel boarding ladder
• 1x UHF radio with arial,life jackets,cousions,electrical fuseboards
• 1xLowrence fishfinder monogrome(craft front still working)
• Sleeps 4 1 large dbl in front and 1 dbl when table is lowered
• Boat is very stable- strong and can be beached L 8.4 baem=2.4 draft 1.1M weight 4500kg
• Full length solid keel beam able to withstand solid impact
• Brand new 25mm s/steel rudder shaft

• Lots of loose fitting with it including the old rond port windows (8)

All hard work done!!! just needs someone to complete this project ,

• Needs windows and fitout inside and set up rigging painting and some little welding
  
• She was build in Darwin 1978  she travelled Darwin up to Brisbane and to Tasmania and PNG so has good cruising history
