Upon clearance of your
payment, we will prepare and ship the item you
ordered within two business days.
Item will be shipped by air mail
or express mail, depending on which method
you have chosen. All items will be
sent by
air mail default unless there is an option
of express mail in the auction and you
choose it. If you are not sure, please
contact us before you buy.
Air Mail takes 5-12 business days (1-3 weeks) for delivery depending on your location. while some may take up to 4 weeks.
Express Mail takes 3 to 5 business days
(within a week) unless special matters
occur, such as delayed custom clearance or
long holidays, etc. Please note that once item is
sent, it is out of our control. Any delays
or damages to the package are not caused by
our fault and hope you can understand.
We ship worldwide except the following regions due to customs restriction,
high rate of losing packages and frauds:

Normally there is no custom

Warranties and Returns |

contents of the package. Any damages caused by
delivery courier will not be compensated by us
if you sign the package. If you have bought
insurance, the damages will be insured by the
courier and we will reimburse you first, then we
will claim to the courier. So please please
always check the content before you sign it.
For deliveries which you do not need to
sign, we will insure it at our own costs. If you
receive a faulty item, or the contents are
missing, please
contact us
within 7 days. If you are failed to
contact us within the period, we will not be
able refund you because it is not reasonable to
take more than 7 days to tell the item is
faulty. We will then arrange refund or
replacement with proof of the item being faulty
or missing. Buyers will be responsible for
return postage fees in most cases. Please
