On the rare occasion that an item may arrive faulty please email us immediately upon receipt of goods. The buyer is to pay return postage costs initially which may be refunded (at our discretion) once returns have been processed. Goods are packaged well and protected for shipping and we cannot be liable for any damage caused in transit by Australia Post. Faulty items must be returned in the condition they were received in, no exceptions within 7 working days of our reply to your refund request. |
