1. Before we ship the products, if you change your mind, we will give you refund of your payment minus 10% of the full amount as compensation of our cost (including eBay fees, bank fees and handling fees).
2. Before you open the package when you receive the parcel, if you change your mind, or find out the product is not exactly what you want, you can pay the postage to mail it back. we will give you full refund of the sale or auction price (excluding postage or shipping and handling fees).
3. After you open the package of the item, our warrantee only applies to faulty products. If you believe the product to be faulty, you may return it with the postage at your cost. We will replace it with a new one and mail it to you at our cost if proves to be faulty. In case it is not faulty at the discretion of the supplier/manufacturer, however, you will have to pay the actual postage to us before we can mail it back to you.
4. All money back warrantee is only effective within 30 days after the eBay sale date.

B) Return-to-Base Warranty

1. 1. There is one-year return-to-base warranty for this item. (Please note that warranty terms are different from product to product.) After30 day Money Back Warantee, this item will be cover by Return-to-Base Warranty term, and the postage for both ways (sent the item to us and get replacement from us) will be at buyer's expense.
2. This return-to-base warranty is only effective within one year after the eBay sale date, and the item must be returned with its TAX invoice, its original packing materials with all accessories included
3. Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged. Also any returned items that have any sign of abuse or personal damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
4. Please test your item carefully prior to returning it, we will send faulty items to our supplier for further test, if the item is found to be not faulty, we will be charged a testing fee. We will then have to pass on the charge to the buyer, as well as the cost to return the item to the buyer.
