A. Things to remind
1. we ship items to only buyers with verified paypal account and confirmed address. buyers please check your paypal before buying.
2. Please dont hesitate to contact us for enquiry of our items before the bidding, we'll answer your enquiry within 24hours
3. if buyer's paypal account is "unregistered", orders will be held unless the paypal is verified. this may delay buyers' shipment for at least 5-7 working days.

B. Delivery
1. We send items to buyer's paypal address only. No combined shipment provided, items will be sent within 24hours after the payment and the required information
are confirmed.
2. Items delivery period should be

7-15 working days (not guaranteed)	UK/ US/ Paris/ Canada/ Australia
10-25 working days (not guaranteed)	Europe and rest of the world

If customers who can't receive the items after the said period, please contact us and we'll trace it for you asap.
3. Delivery to france/ Italy would take longer time because of the custom clearing procedures. Shipping insurance is essential to these 2 countries, otherwise we
would not bear for any loss for mailing error or lost mail.
4. All items will be shipped by airmail, some of them will be shiped by signed airmail
5. Courier service is available as well if requested by buyers. However extra fee is required. We'll calculate and notify the extra fee to the buyers after they finish the
bidding.

C. Refunds and Returns
1. Refund will only be provided for products with damage by shipping or which is defective
2. Items for refund must be shipped back to us with 14days after your receipt and all packing materials must be kept for investigation
3. It takes up to 10 business days for our assessment of your returns
4. However, buyers need to bear the returning shipping charge themselves
