• Contact us within 3 days of the auction ending date.

• Payment is required within 7 days of the auction ending date.

• Contact us if you have any problems with payment or postage. We will endeavour to help you resolve any issues you encounter.

• We prefer payment by bank transfer however we also accept Paypal.

• We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges for defective items. If you do not agree please do not buy. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping & Handling:

The shipping & handling fee includes packing, warehouse and distribution costs, not postage only. When you bid on our product, you agree to pay the shipping & handling fee, no exception.

Most orders ship within 48 business hours after payment received. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

Items are shipped via Australia Post once full payment is received.

Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be payed before item can be resent.

We are not responsible for any missing parcel/s in transit unless delivery registered post is chosen as the method of delivery.
