• Item will be shipped within 2 days of payment received
• All items sent via Aust Post are always carefully packed and addressed. We assume no liability for the late delivery or missing or damaged while in transit. Should such an event occurs, we will try our best to assist the buyer in all means, including seeking any possible compensation.
• If problems occur, please contact us first, we shall do our best to resolve it. Please email us, with the subject: COMPLAINT or URGENT, quoting ITEM number, description or username.  We will reply your email within 24 hours during business days, usually it should be much quicker.
• Buyers are liable for the return postage for refund or replacement.
